Problem we addressed
Templates are being marked as low quality and getting flagged by Meta, which leads to template pauses and impacts on delivery rates.
Solution → AI template Assistant
Rewriting templates with smart AI → provides suggestions and guidelines to get to high-quality templates
The Adoption Problem
Despite being a decent AI feature, we were not seeing traction post launch:
Hypothesis-1 → Discovery failure
The current entry point is failing due to unclear instant proof of value
Even though the intent was to make it **visible and hard to miss**, the data shows that **most users still skip it**:
- 21K users started template creation
- Only **849 (≈4%)** clicked “Enhance with AI”
That’s **proof it’s being visually seen but cognitively ignored** — meaning placement alone isn’t solving the awareness or motivation problem. Placing “Enhance with AI” next to “Submit” happens too late in the mental flow.Hypothesis-2 → Value unclear/weak activation

🎯 Primary Goal
Validate whether users perceive and act on the value of AI rewrite assistance — by improving visibility and clarity of value realization during the message creation flow.

Even when both “Save as draft” and “Enhance with AI” share the same placement zone, users click draft 3× more often.
The problem isn’t visibility — it’s trust, clarity, and timing of intent
Users understand what “Save” does, but don’t yet see “Enhance with AI” as a safe or valuable next step

→ Don’t pitch the cure to customers before they feel the wound.
At the time of writing this small experiment is showing 10% Uptick in adoption of Ai writing assistance feature!
