Senior product designer at Wati, who builds with AI.
At heart I'm a product person (& maker of Charlie). I take the messy, half-defined problem nobody has scoped yet and turn it into something people actually want to use. I think in systems, and I'd rather prototype the answer than argue about it in a doc.
Early designer at WATI. I built the design side from scratch and grew with the company as it scaled. Because I design and build, I can take an idea all the way from a sketch to working code.
After hours I ship small indie apps, Catch, plain-notes, and Captured, Charlie and I write at Unread, mostly about building with AI.
I think the best products come from where design and engineering meet, and AI is moving that line every week. I like being the person who sits right on it.

Support-gap study
A grounded testing mechanism for deciding what to build.
It samples real operational data, classifies why human effort was required, validates the classification against a held-out check, and outputs where automation, product fixes, or better content have the highest leverage — with the rigor to survive scrutiny. It's source-agnostic by design: first applied to Intercom support, extensible to Slack decisions, HubSpot deals, or any channel where work flows. The point is to replace "what should we build" guesses with measured evidence.
Fabric - [Web, MacOS]
A multiplayer team-intelligence tool, on a Claude backend with MCP grounding
Fabric gives a team a shared, grounded , vibe coding experience and product view of [what it surfaces, e.g. their product surface, their customers, their codebase].
